RETURN POLICY - IN-STORE PURCHASE
- For in-store purchases, our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Exchange any items within 14 days of purchase. No refunds.*
- Any clearance, sale, or discounted items are subject to exchanges/ store credit only & are non-refundable.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required for any returns.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels/packaging attached.
- All financed merchandise is subject to exchanges & store credit only.

Returns for purchases that were made in-store aren't applicable through the Online Returns Centre.
If 14 days have gone by from the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange.

*Gift Items
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, please contact the gift giver for the original receipt to process the return for store credit.

- Exchange or return any items within 14 days after delivery.*
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation required for any returns.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels/packaging attached.
- All financed merchandise is subject to exchanges & store credit only.
PLEASE NOTE:
- If 14 days have gone by from the day your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange.
- Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent.
- If there is excessive wrinkling, the return is subject to denial. All items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels/packaging attached.
- If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
- It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed.
To complete your return, we require a receipt/order confirmation or proof of purchase.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you. - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Late or Missing Refunds on Credit/Debit Purchases (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us or visit us in-store with your proof of purchase and receipt/ order confirmation.
